I believe that we each have the right to be strong and capable. I believe we each have the right to move well, move quickly and with great agility. I believe we have a right to educate ourselves and improve our own wellbeing to sustain ourselves. This is my pursuit.
I pursue strength. Mobility. Well-being. I constantly seek to educate others. You have a right to be strong and move strong. To be pain free and live well. To be in control of your body and mind is something we all deserve.
These fundamental rights are being taken from us; More sick care and less healthcare. More machines and less movement. More homes and less community. The list goes on...
I pursue breaking free, raising the bar, and taking back control. How about you?
